All our pieces are waterproof and tarnish-resistant, designed to move with you through everyday life. Whether you're swimming, showering, or sweating it out — they're built to last.

But like anything you love, a little care goes a long way.

To keep the plating shining as long as possible:

• Rinse your jewelry with fresh water after exposure to salt water, sweat, or products like shampoo, sunscreen, or perfume.
  
• Dry them gently and store in a clean, dry place when not in use.
  

Note: Frequent exposure to harsh conditions without rinsing or drying, or scratching your item, may cause the gold plating to fade over time — especially if pieces are stored while still damp.

Treat them well, and they’ll keep shining with you.

As each item is custom-made with love, we don’t keep pre-made stock.

Every order is thoughtfully crafted just for you. While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to one week for us to create your choker or earrings, wrap it beautifully, and prepare it for dispatch.

We’re based in Byron Bay, and while we work hard to make your pieces and get your order out as soon as we can, please allow up to 10 days for shipping. If you need your order urgently, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

We're all about sustainability, so all orders are packed in eco-friendly pouches without any Osealina branding— so you can simply reuse as a gift bagsor for storing your treasures. To minimize waste, we skip unnecessary packaging like boxes whenever possible.

If you'd like to add a special touch, you can select our stylish gift box option aditionally. We will beautifully package your item in an eco-friendly jewellery box.

We totally get that sometimes things just don’t work out, but due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the environmental impact of shipping, we don’t accept returns unless the wrong item was sent or the item was defect.

However, if there is any issue, we are a small brand and easy to contact - dont hesitate to just reach out and address the issue, we will help you to solve it and find the solutions. If you’re around Byron Bay, come say hi at one of our store in 3/13 Lawson Street or ad Byron Markets, and we’ll happily swap your item for something else!

Measure Your Finger

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of string.
   
2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger.
   
3. Mark where the paper overlaps.
   
4. Measure the length in millimeters — this is your finger’s circumference.
