Osealina Jewellery specializes in assembling and handcrafting jewellery featuring natural semi precious gemstones, crystals, beads and gold-plated Stainless Steel Chains and Charms. We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but due to the nature of the gemstones, slight variations may occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase and can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods available on our website.
  • Osealina Jewellery reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer shipping throughout Australia and internationally.
  • Orders are processed within 5-10 business days of payment confirmation. As every product is crafted and assembled by hand, it might take longer but you will be advised. 
  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once the order is dispatched, Osealina Jewellery is not responsible for any shipping delays. We will add the tracking number to your order, if not choosen differently at your check out. (Version free shipping no gift pouches, no tracking)
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Osealina Jewellery is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. Osealina Jewellery is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon arrival.
