But like anything you love, a little care goes a long way.

To keep the plating shining as long as possible:

• Rinse your jewelry with fresh water after exposure to salt water, sweat, or products like shampoo, sunscreen, or perfume.
  
• Dry them gently and store in a clean, dry place when not in use.
  

Note: Frequent exposure to harsh conditions without rinsing or drying, or scratching your item, may cause the gold plating to fade over time, especially if pieces are stored while still damp.

Treat them well, and they’ll keep shining with you.

Warranty Policy

Quality You Can Trust

First we just want to say, we are a small brand and easy to contact and talk to. if you have any issue with anything, just let us know and we will sort it out.

At Osealina Jewellery, we take great care in creating pieces that are made to last and designed for everyday wear. Each piece is carefully assembled using high quality materials and natural or lab made gemstones, and is checked before it leaves our studio.

While we do our best to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition, occasional faults can happen.

Warranty Coverage

All jewellery purchased from the Osealina Jewellery online store includes a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage or breakage

• General wear and tear

• Scratches, fading, or natural changes in the metal over time

• Damage caused by improper care or handling

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty Items

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email us at hello@osealina.com and include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• 1–3 clear photos of the item

Once we review the issue, we will arrange the most suitable solution, which may include a repair or replacement.

Every order is thoughtfully crafted just for you. While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, please allow up to 3 Days for us to create your gemstone chokers. Earrings & Rings are usually dispatched withhin a day.

We’re based in Byron Bay, and while we work hard to make your pieces and get your order out as soon as we can, please allow up to 4 days for shipping. If you need your order urgently, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

We're all about sustainability & avoiding unnecessary packaging, therefore all orders are packed in eco-friendly pouches where you also best store your pieces.

To minimize waste, we skip the unnecessary packaging in gift boxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We totally get that sometimes things just don’t work - so if its simply not what you have imagined, you can return your Osealina Jewellery withhin 3 days upon receiving. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility

We can offer a refund if:

• The item is not an earring
• Your return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving your order
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item was purchased at full price and not with a gift voucher

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty.

We also cannot accept refunds on:

• Sale items (unless faulty)

• Items purchased using a discount or promo code, these are eligible for store credit only, unless faulty

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Processing

Once your return arrives, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions above. After approval, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund back to your account.

How to Return your Jewellery - please follow the steps to ensure everything goes smooth

1. Email us at hello@osealina.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
   
2. Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
   
3. Send the parcel back via your local post office and share the tracking number with us.
   

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 days for inspection and processing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

While we carefully check every piece, occasionally things can happen in transit.

If you receive an item that appears faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@osealina.com and include:

• Your order number

• some clear photos of the item

• A short description of the issue

We’ll review it and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Measure Your Finger
